sports battle royale
Allrighty! Everybody gear up for the upcoming Arrow Sports Battle Royale! Here are the details:
Date/Time:
- 7th May (for Futsal and Captain’s Ball) : 10:00am to 4:00pm
- 14th May (for Basketball) : 9:00am to 12:00pm
Venue:
- 7th May : Lagoon Oval, Port Melbourne
- 14th May : Carlton Gardens
Games:
- Basketball : 8 players (4 reserves)
- Futsal : 9 players (4 reserves)
- Captain’s Ball : 9 players (2 reserves)
*Note: Each team must consist of at least 1 female player.
Entry Fees:
- For Players, a $10 fee is charged (includes BBQ lunch and refreshment)
- For Spectators, a $5 fee is charged for BBQ lunch and refreshment
Transportation:
We will meet at the Ground Floor at 9:00am sharp, then we will proceed by tram to Collins Street, boarding the next tram to Port Melbourne. From Port Melbourne, transport to Lagoon Oval will be via shuttle-bus.
The SixPlus team hopes everybody will join the Battle Royale as this is a good time to get to know the people on the floor and to build a loving and caring community. Residents can come to cheer for the team, which also helps the team score points in the cheerleading competition. Female players who score will get DOUBLE points, so we need girl power!
